Heart Centered Healing Breath | Meditation | Vibrational Therapy + Step in Bowl Attunement Bring your partner or best friend and embark on a heart centered guided breathwork, meditation with Himalayan sound bowls around you and one on your heart center for vibrational sound therapy, journey into deep relaxation and self-discovery. Supporting talk therapy, other vibrational instrumentals and music may be used. The vibration from the bowls gets your cells moving, regulates your nervous system, and supports healing on a cellular level. This session also dissolves heavy and trapped emotions in your physical body and energy field bringing your body back into harmony. It offers a deeper healing experience than the Crystal Sound Baths. Be sure to bring a water bottle to hydrate before and after this session.
