Service Description
We begin with a discussion on your wellness needs, identifying the type of support and areas you want to target in the experience. Talk therapy coaching support provided if needs arise during session. You are served a selection of tea during this time. The session is conducted on a massage table, sitting or on 3-inch padded mat on floor. Step in Himalayan bowl, chakra bowls, tuning forks and other energy modalities may be used on or around the body providing a deep energetic experience that will improve mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing, balance, and relief.
