About the event
Upon arrival, you'll get a tour of the space and then decide on a gentle flow of your choice, choosing from T.H.E services like yoga, breath work/meditation, Reiki (energy session), Chakra alignment (energy session), healing massages, body scrubs, and sound therapy. Culinary delights from our private chef will serve lunch and you also have the option to take a dip in the pool with a refreshing beverage or have some quiet time to yourself.Â
Confirmed attendees will recieve a welcome letter that will disclose the location, shuttle information, and itinerary. In the days leading up to the retreat, you'll recieve a reminder email as well.Â
