Attunement

This is a sacred space for connections to be made with-in and with-out.

Join us for an evening of conscious networking, vibes, & herbal mock-tails all presented by Altered States.

We will practice movement and meditation facilitated by Kofi Ksa, Mindfulness Coach.

There will be yoga mats, pillows, & blankets available for our closing sound healing experience. However, you are welcome to bring your own.
